Dolphin Daycation – New Program!
 An exciting, fun-filled,
get-away for private groups, unlike anything
you’ve ever experienced!
Bring your family, friends or colleagues to Dolphin
Research Center in the heart of the fabulous Florida
Keys for days of fun with the DRC dolphins.
We’ll design
a multi-day program for you and your family or
group that includes a variety of exciting interactive
experiences with the dolphins and fascinating
educational activities.
Plan your Dolphin Daycation for
2 ½ to
7 days and you’ll . . .
- Get up close and
personal in-water and out with DRC’s
family of dolphins
- Enjoy personal time with staff
- Receive an in-depth look at how we care for
and work with the family pod
- Gain access to behind the scenes areas
- Choose from a selection of private demonstrations
and educational activities
- Add a field trip to snorkel at the coral reef,
kayak around the islands, visit the Turtle Hospital
or Crane Point Hammock Natural History Museum
and Nature Park.
For your Dolphin Daycation, you can
stay at our comfortable dormitory close to DRC
for a small fee, or choose a local hotel or resort.
(Seasonal rates apply.)
Meals provided if desired.
Evenings free to explore the Florida Keys and
local restaurants and shops.
Choose one or more of these interactive options:
- Dolphin Encounter (Deep Water or
Shallow Water)
- Dolphin Dip
- Dockside training sessions where you signal
and communicate with the dolphins
- Paint with a Dolphin
- Play with a Dolphin
The price of your group’s Dolphin Daycation depends
on the number of days, number of interactions and
other activities, housing, meals, etc. Total cost
generally ranges from $600 to $2000 per person.
Minimum group size of 8 people required. Groups
staying in our dormitory are limited to 16 people.
Dolphin Daycation is not available from
June to August.
